Our instructors choose several members from leadership team who proved themselves ready to take a leadership role in our classes. These team members will demonstrate and echo what other instructors are teaching. They increase the class energy and motivate the students to do their best.
Taekwondo Pre-Black Belt (Kukkiwon – World Taekwondo Headquarters)
Why I train: I joined Taekwondo to learn self-defense, but it gave me so many other things I never knew it could such as confidence in myself and my abilities, dedication, mental strength, and determination. As I trained harder, Taekwondo grew to be one of my most favorite things in the world. Now I train not only to increase my physical ability and mental power, but simply because I purely love the sport.
Why I teach: I am a naturally reserved and lone person and not much of either a leader or follower. I started teaching in order to change that, to be a leader who can lead a group of people to bring out more of their potential. I am also normally very impatient and short tempered, so I believed that working with young students and small children helps me to control my emotions and mind when things might not go the way I want them to.
